The children sleep in these beds. They are very hard. They have beds for 56 children but often have as many as 120. The room where the children were eating becomes the dorm room at night.

My heart just ached the whole time we were there. We are so spoiled with our life style and so blessed to be in America and have the blessings we do.

These children have little hope for a better life. Orphanages don't want to take these children because they are the low of the low. Chances for education are limited. They learn what they have to do to "survive".

Thank goodness there are people like Nara who care to make a difference in the lives of children.
