Zaisan Hill is a popular place for weddings. It is a place of "good luck". It was a very cold day. I was sure the bride and the guests were freezing. Notice the car decorations--the bride and groom on the car. After the wedding they drive in a procession through town. We saw several wedding parties the day we were at Zaisan.
