You can buy ground beef here but I watched them do it and I don't think I could eat it after that so I opted to buy a roast and grind it at home. This way there is no fat in it. The meat here tastes differently. The beef are not grain fed. They just roam on the range and then they drive them to town, down the main four lane street, (Blaine saw them) to the butcher. Anyway, the meat wasn't too bad, but I don't think I will eat beef very often.
