We were give honorary "faculty" awards as well as honorary "citizen" awards from the principal and the mayor. Nara gave the school a beautiful plaque to place in the library. It was really chilly this morning and the kids stood at attention through the entire ceremony. They sang the Mongolian National Anthem unaccompanied (the power was out the entire time we were there.) This school teaches ages 6-graduation. They all wear white shirts and slacks. Such cute children.
