We took Jiguur and his wife home after our trip, to Selenge. They live in a ger district in UB. I was really excited to see they had street lights in their area because most don't. I said, "Jay, you have lights. Wow." He said, "Ya, they only turn them on at Christmas." Pretty expensive Christmas lights!
