This camp is the library. Chinggis Khaan brought in teachers to write the history of Mongolia and teach the princes to read and write. This is an ancient writing board. The Mongolian script below was used until the Russians took over and changed the written language to the Cyrillic that is used today. The ancient writing is read and taught now in some schools.
