This is sheep season. Tsagaan Sar is a huge holiday in Mongolia. As part of the celebration families buy a whole sheep and have it cooked. They serve it for days. At night it goes outside to stay "refrigerated"...You can see it comes frozen. Guess how they get it home? ON THE BUS! We saw two little old emmes crossing the street with one carrying the back and the other the front. Hilarious.
