We were watching these men fill this hole as we were eating dinner at one of our favorite stops. (So sad they have closed and moved farther away) Anyway, as you can see they do everything by hand...Eugene would be out of a job here.
This lady came and just talked and talked. I don't know if she was the boss or just bossy...She was making sure they filled that hole the right way.
