At every donation there is a ceremony and during that ceremony Elder Lasson always says, "These donations are made possible through individual donations by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And why do they do this? Because we are followers of Jesus Christ, who made the lame to walk and the blind to see." I love that...







The Lassons were given an award that has never been given to an American for their help in the donation process. It is a very prestigious award. The gentleman holding the award is the director of the Children's Center. The man behind him is the head of the Police Department for UB.
