New Year's night we went with all the couples to the "original" Mongolian Barbeque. Supposedly it was established in 1208. They had all the Mogolian delicacies: sheep head, lamb's tail, horse. We tried the horse and it was very good...better than the beef here. You choose what you want and they cook it on a big round grill. It was tasty.
